Judi Fox Consulting (referenced as “us” or “we”) provides access to visitors (referenced as “you”) of judifox.com (website). All visitors, users, login members, and paid members are subject to the following, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. As you browse the public website or access the login (i.e. paid member) portions of the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (i.e. terms).
Judi Fox Consulting is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Visitor, Registered User, Paid Member, Consulting Client, Login Registered Member, or Purchasing Member and may accept or reject any registration or purchase or user in its sole and complete discretion. In addition, Judi Fox Consulting may deactivate any account or remove access to login areas of the website at any time, including, without limitation, if it determines that a Visitor, Purchasing Member, or Login Registered Member has violated these Terms.
Kindness Community Guidelines - You agree to all website laws and will not use the website for any unlawful purpose. Visitors, Users, and Paid Members (basically everyone) are not to re-produce any content, share passwords or login information, or distribute any content, in anyway. There will be no inappropriate content as determined by Judi Fox Consulting. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove content we determine inappropriate, or deny you access to the website or content, without notice, and to remove any content determined to be inappropriate, on any group community or website or external application.
Password - All Password(s) created by this website and Judi Fox Consulting for ALL pages / products can be used by only one user, and sharing your access with others (especially if they are using your password to access private and proprietary Content) is a serious breach. We can delete or change passwords at any time and for any reason that appears to violate these terms and we shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage caused by such action.
Intellectual and / or Confidential and / or Copyright Property - All of the content produced through Judi Fox and Judi Fox Consulting, including website, social media platforms, and any and all online applications used for the group environments (like voice messaging apps) contains material, such as videos, coursework, course plans, training and course modules, photographs, software, text, graphics, images, sound recordings, and other material provided by or on behalf of Judi Fox Consulting (i.e. content) is owned by Judi Fox. None of the Content or passwords on this website and products from Judi Fox Consulting may be shared or re-transmitted without our express, written consent for each and every instance.
Website Content and Errors - We are not perfect and appreciate all the kindness in the world because no one is perfect. There are errors and we are not responsible by any accidental errors, pricing errors, or edits we are in the middle of making (since we edit the website and we are all human here), and we not responsible for anyone upset when we are in the middle of the process of correcting those errors in whatever time-frame that they happen to click and land on the website.
Site Links - The website may contain links to third-party website (“External Sites”). These links are provided as a convenience to you and not as a full or even sometimes partial endorsement by us of all the content on such External Sites. If you decide to access linked External Sites, you do so at your own risk.
Visitor / Paid / Login Member User Content - Including Voice, Video, and Text Content - You grant us access and ability to determine if the content you upload to any group experience or program within this website or connected to Judi Fox Consulting is related / relevant or follows the Kindness Community Guidelines.
We reserve the right to delete or display or edit or use your content as supplied online in social media groups, mobile applications, or through the membership / login areas on Judifox.com and the overall community, including for profit and without attribution or compensation, to educate, promote, or produce products based on feedback, questions, ideas, comments, suggestions, and concepts.
Violation of Property - You acknowledge and agree that in the event of a breach or threatened violation of our intellectual property rights and confidential and proprietary information by you, we will suffer irreparable harm and will therefore be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce this Agreement. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the State of Virginia, Henrico County for purposes of any such action.
Fees and Payment - Currently as processed by 3rd Party Applications. Refunds are only processed as stated in the purchasing or email / written agreements. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer or purchasing / payroll department, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. You are fully responsible to check with your bank and credit card issuer for their tax, fees, and other details when using payment processing systems online.
Class Action - You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually.
Miscellaneous Stuff - The failure to act on or enforce any provision of these terms above shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision above.
Disclosure - Some of the links in this website are affiliate links, and at no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you decide to make a purchase after clicking through the link. Please understand that I have experienced all of these companies, and I recommend them because they are helpful and useful, not because of the small commissions I make if you decide to buy something through my links.
